Entry-Level Sales Associate

Base pay range: $50,000.00 per year - $70,000.00 per year.

Position Overview

As an Entry‑Level Sales Associate, you’ll be the face of our company. You’ll greet customers, assist them with product selection, provide information about our offerings, and ensure every visitor has a positive in‑store experience. No previous sales experience required—we provide full training!

Responsibilities

• Learn product knowledge and communicate it effectively
• Process sales transactions accurately
• Meet daily and weekly sales goals
• Provide excellent customer service and build lasting customer relationships
• Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment

Requirements

• No prior sales experience needed—just a willingness to learn
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, outgoing, and customer‑focused attitude
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and team‑oriented
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
