Full-Time
Madonna Manor is seeking an experienced RN Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support clinical operations and provide strong leadership within our nursing team.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the Director of Nursing with daily clinical operations
• Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Assist with audits, surveys, and quality improvement initiatives
• Participate in resident assessments and care planning
• Serve as a clinical resource for staff, residents, and families
Qualifications
• Active RN license (Kentucky or compact)
• Prior nursing leadership or supervisory experience
• Long-term care experience preferred
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
