$4,000 Sign on Bonus

The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skill, multi-tasking capabilities and have a passion for accessible health care for the Northern Kentucky community.

* Retention bonus of $1,500 paid at 18 month of employment
- Additional retention bonus's up to $4,000
* $4,000 sign on bonus- paid out after 120 days of employment

* Up to $35 an hour depending on experience
