Position: Full Time Private Duty Nursing in Canton, Ohio Stark Co.

Location: Stark County, OH

Job : 8063

We are looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) who wants to:

• provide care to someone in their home,
• maintain a consistent caseload
• work closely with an Administrative Team that appreciates them.

Homecare Nursing requires strong communication but promotes growth and independence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Person-centered care
• Electronic Health Record experience is a plus!
• Medication administration, updating orders and day-to-day care coordination.
• Effectively communicate with supervisors and guardians
• Dietary support and monitoring
• Relevant education and training based on the individuals care plan
• Complete all other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Certificate in nursing from an accredited nursing school
• Licensed as a LPN/RN as issued by the State of Ohio-Registered on the State Nurse Registry
• BLS CPR
• High school diploma, High school transcripts, GED or equivalent
• Driver's License
• Two professional reference letters
• Social Security Card
