Summary

Step into a leadership role and help drive production success. As a Line Lead, you’ll oversee daily operations on assigned production lines or processing areas, supporting the department supervisor with workforce coordination and workflow execution. You’ll play a hands‑on role in keeping production running safely, efficiently, and on schedule while helping guide and support team members on the floor. This promotional opportunity is ideal for motivated associates ready to grow their leadership skills, contribute to a positive work environment, and make a direct impact on team performance and production results.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 8:55 am‑5:00 pm

Oversee work at various stations along the production lines processing poultry food products.

Adhere to all safety requirements including PPE, preventing and reporting unsafe acts and conditions, Lockout‑Tagout procedures, and Process Safety Management related matters.

Ensure that the qualities of the products are met according to the product specifications of QA and USDA.

Ensure that all equipment throughout the departments is running smoothly.

Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Lead and train line team members.

Monitor production lines for efficiency and quality.

Implement safety protocols and report incidents.

Maintain accurate records and reports.

Control labor and material costs.

Minimum Education and Experience

Minimum of 6 months of consecutive work history with one employer within the past 3 years in a comparable field.
