Braxton Brewing Company is seeking reliable and enthusiastic Production Associates to join our team as full-time employees. Production Associates play a vital role in our brewing and packaging operations, ensuring that every batch of beer meets our high standards of quality.

• Brewing Operations:
  Assist with all aspects of the brewing process including milling grain, transferring wort, monitoring fermentation, and cleaning vessels
• Brewing Operations:
  Accurately record production data and maintain brewing logs as directed
• Brewing Operations:
  Follow standard operating procedures and recipes precisely to ensure product consistency
• Packaging Operations:
  Operate packaging equipment including canning lines, kegging systems, and labeling machines
• Packaging Operations:
  Perform quality checks on packaged products to ensure proper fill levels, seaming, and labeling
• Packaging Operations:
  Prepare and organize finished products for distribution and storage
• Packaging Operations:
  Maintain accurate package counts and inventory records
• Cleaning and Sanitation:
  Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of brewing equipment, tanks, kegs, and packaging lines
• Cleaning and Sanitation:
  Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the facility
• Cleaning and Sanitation:
  Follow all food safety and sanitation protocols to maintain product quality and regulatory compliance
• Safety and Teamwork:
  Report to work on time for all scheduled shifts and maintain excellent attendance

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Basic math skills for measurements and record keeping
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain focus during repetitive tasks
• Valid driver s license and reliable transportation
