As Vice President of Operations, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our future, driving operational excellence, and fostering an environment where our core values of respect, leadership, passion, integrity, and creativity are in play every day. The Company operates in multiple regions across the U.S., offering comprehensive soccer training and development, tournaments, and travel experiences for various skill levels, and the Company is continuously expanding in current and new markets.

• Business, Soccer, Education, Marketing, IT, Accounting & Reporting, HR, and Administration functions and personnel, as well as other divisions.
• Ensure divisions adhere to and operate within SOPs, implementing comprehensive management practices, systems, and methods.
• Review and update the Company’s SOPs regularly, ensuring efficient operations.
• Responsible for reporting on all activities, measuring and reporting KPIs to the executive team, and developing KPIs and thresholds.
• Lead the collection, assembly, and documentation of annual business plans, and manage consistent review and accountability across teams.
• Oversee overall integration of expansions or new business opportunities.
• Ensure accountability at all levels, holding staff accountable for performance and aligning goals with strategic objectives.
• Lead projects to completion across divisions, fostering collaboration and seamless communication to meet deadlines.
• Work with the executive team to manage budgets, ensure P&L performance, and support financial health and compliance.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and respect for every team member.
• Lead the operations team with integrity, promoting professional growth and teamwork, embedding the desired culture.
• Lead recruiting processes, ensuring task force practices, due diligence, and onboarding.
• Conduct or develop training and development programs to advance personnel in professional achievement and growth.

• Demonstrated executive-level management experience in operations.
• Data-driven operator with proven ability to manage projects and teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build consensus and foster collaboration.
• Adept at strategic planning and process improvement.
• Proficiency in multiple technological tools, including Microsoft Office and preferably Asana.
• Knowledge and appreciation of the soccer world, especially involving youth soccer.
• Desire to grow, sense of purpose.
• Sense of urgency, self-starter.
