This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Technician located in Covington, KY. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for daily maintenance and repair tasks, preventive maintenance routines, and troubleshooting equipment issues. The role involves ensuring that the property operates efficiently, maintaining safety standards, and providing support for resident requests and emergencies.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair
- Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance
- Experience in Industrial Maintenance
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience in building or apartment maintenance is a plus
- Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair is beneficial
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
