The Role and ResponsibilitiesBased in Henderson, we are seeking a Facility & Property Coordinator. This role will be responsible for Ener Mech's facilities operations and ensure compliance with internal and external administration and documentation requirements as required. The role will also be responsible for all real estate management requirements including sourcing, lease review/renewal and contract management. Other main responsibilities may included but not be limited to:
- Overseeing routine maintenance, repairs and renovation of the Ener Mech facility infrastructure, equipment and system in the assigned region.
- Managing cleaning services, security protocol and access control of facilities
- Attending to and guiding facility visitors as required
- Ensuring the upkeep of the surrounding grounds and outdoor spaces
- Managing utilities like water, electricity and HVAC system.
- Optimizing space utilization and layout planning
- Overseeing waste disposal and recycling programs.
- Ensuring all facilities meet all health, safety and environmental regulations
To be successful you will have supervisory experience, and have experience working within the Oil and Gas or Process industry. You'll have QHSE experience, and be proficient in Microsoft Office packages. You will be someone that is familiar with planning and maintaining facilities budgets. You will hold a minimum Diploma Qualification, and a Certified Facility Manager (CFM) Credential, or equivalent.
