• Architect, design, and develop a cloud-based Clinical Interoperability platform using Go, built on AWS infrastructure
• Integrate third‑party interface engines to enable data exchange between healthcare systems
• Ensure the platform complies with healthcare standards and regulations
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and deployment
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, ensuring best practices in cloud development and security

• 7+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership role
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or an IT‑related field
• Strong proficiency in Go programming language
• Hands‑on experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and services
• Proven experience in building and deploying cloud‑based SaaS solutions focused on clinical interoperability

• Experience with third‑party interface engines and healthcare interoperability standards like HL7 and FHIR
• Strong understanding of AWS security best practices, including IAM roles and HIPAA‑compliant architecture
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams
