Responsibilities
- Bid and manage GC (General Contractor) projects
- Price and estimate commercial and residential fence jobs
- Perform takeoffs from plans and drawings
- Generate accurate material lists based on project drawings
- Prepare and send detailed quotes to clients
- Develop and generate new commercial business opportunities
- Experience in construction sales, fencing, or related industry preferred
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project drawings
- Strong estimating and takeoff skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities - Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
