The Skills You Need to Keep the Line Running

• High school diploma or GED
• 6 months or more in production or quality inspection
• Comfortable using calipers, gauges, or measurement tools
• Can move, lift (up to) 30 lbs, and stay busy through long shifts
• Team-minded worker who values quality and consistency

Your Quality Inspector Role in Action
Each shift keeps you moving and focused. You'll inspect and measure parts, flagging anything that doesn't look right, and communicating with your team to keep production flowing. You'll take pride in knowing everything you approve is built to last.

• Inspect glass perfume bottles for cosmetic and structural defects, ensuring they meet quality specifications.
• Use measurement tools to verify dimensions and document inspection results accurately.
• Remove defective products, report recurring issues, and maintain compliance with quality standards.
• Follow safety protocols when handling glass and assist with packaging and labeling as needed.
• Keep the inspection area clean, organized, and production-ready.
