Join RESRG Automotive as a Packaging Coordinator and play a key role in supporting efficient, compliant packaging operations in our fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining packaging standards and systems that support both customer and internal production requirements.
The Packaging Coordinator ensures all packaging meets customer specifications, cost objectives, ergonomic standards, and environmental regulations. You will partner closely with Engineering, Production, Quality, and Logistics to ensure packaging readiness for new product launches and ongoing production.
Key Responsibilities- Manage packaging trials and validate packaging performance
- Support ECNs and new product launches
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support material flow
- Oversee returnable container management
- Coordinate packaging designs and approvals
- Conduct packaging audits
- Develop work instructions and material flow maps
- Manage expendable packaging availability
- 2–5 years in packaging, materials, or logistics in manufacturing
- Ability to read engineering drawings
- Knowledge of material flow concepts
- Ability to perform the essential functions of the role, including working on the production floor and occasionally lifting up to 25 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
