- Inspect, label, and package products manually to meet internal and customer requirements.
- Ensure packaging aligns with quality specifications and remove any defective products or materials.
- Document all manufacturing activities related to packaging, including batch records and inventory counts.
- Conduct routine cleaning of packaging stations and equipment and adhere to contamination control standards.
- Participate in safety audits and discussions; handle hazardous waste as needed.
- Perform inventory counts and simple mathematical calculations as part of batch records.
- Minimum of 6 months in an industry-related role, preferably in packaging or manufacturing.
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork ability.
- Good documentation practices and familiarity with computer software.
- Basic mathematical skills for inventory and batch record completion.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime as required.
- Ability to handle hazardous waste appropriately.
