Job DescriptionOperator Associate I – Covington, Georgia
Hiring Immediately
Compensation- $21.62–$22.72 per hour
- 2nd shift – 7:00 pm – 7:00 am
- 2‑2‑3 schedule

Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Consistently and safely operate machines at or above standard levels of operation, including waste, quality, efficiency, and utilization
- Troubleshoot, identify and correct machine‑related problems through proper adjustments to various parts of the machine
- Provide innovative solutions for production issues
- Provide support and guidance to less experienced personnel
- Complete appropriate end‑of‑shift paperwork, accounting for crewing time, machine time, and production quantities
- Inspect and recognize defective products and make machine adjustments to correct the cause of defects
- Observe all housekeeping, standard work, and safety guidelines
- Demonstrate mechanical aptitude, problem‑solving skills, and effective communication skills – written and verbal are required
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Minimum of one year of manufacturing or industrial experience working with production equipment and proven mechanical ability

- Provide innovative solutions for production issues and support and guidance to less experienced personnel

- Must be able to constantly stand, walk, use hands, and arms
- Must be able to occasionally stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb stairs
- Must frequently be able to bend at the waist/hands
- Constantly required to lift or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift or move up to 15 pounds, and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds
- Constantly required to reach away from the body and frequently reach overhead
- Ability to keep up with a machine conveyor line
- Able to work in differing temperatures
- Must be able to work 12‑hour rotating shifts and overtime as required
