Warehouse LTO | Covington | HIRING IMMEDIATELY

• Competitive starting pay rate of 18.44 per hour, paid weekly

• Available Shifts
• Weekend Day Shift: Fri, Sat, and Sun, 7:30 am – 8:00 pm

• A Shift: Sun-Thurs, 11:30 PM – 8:30 AM

• Operate all warehouse equipment required to transfer finished goods and other products to the appropriate areas, including forklift and clamp truck.
• Load and unload trucks efficiently in accordance with department standards.
• Move and transfer materials and finished goods in a high-volume production environment.
• Support WMS functions related to inventory and load management (e.g., Pick list, PGI).
• Check the accuracy of finished product count, product , order destination, and carrier e loading any vehicle, and complete all required paperwork accurately.
• Load in/outbound finished goods using the PIC sheet or the direct load function on the forklift.
• Perform transfers with a high degree of accuracy and accountability in accordance with standard processes and procedures.
• Follow all Critical Safety Rules, Standards of Conduct, and plant and company practices, procedures, policies, standard work practices, and health and safety rules, including the attendance policy.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work area.
• All duties performed with focus on safety.
• Know locations of and how to operate emergency stop buttons and fire extinguishers.
• Complete forklift checklist, including daily inspection of forklifts.
• Demonstrate the ability to change the forklift propane tank as needed.
• The job responsibilities in this position description are not all-inclusive; other duties may be assigned as needed.

• Will be exposed to hot temperatures during the summer months and cold temperatures during the winter months.
• Possible exposure to dust inside the warehouse and exposure to machine noises.
• Ability to maintain single-task focus and situational awareness.
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
• Frequent:
  Sitting, kneeling/crawling/bending, stair climbing, carrying 0-40 lbs for 5-10 feet, reaching, standing, walking.
• Occasional:
  Stoop/Squat, Ladder/Steps Climbing, Bend/Twist.
• Repetitive Use of:
  Wrists, Hands, Fingers, Shoulders, Elbows, Hips, Ankles, Head, Neck.
