CompensationHourly wage: $19.25 per hour, eligible for performance bonuses.

- Manage overall store performance by meeting or exceeding company performance standards.
- Coach, lead, and develop all team members to build new business and increase store growth by demonstrating knowledge of and training on systems, company standards, account management, recovery (collections), job duties, and performance reports.
- Lead the charge for all team members to identify local marketing strategies, use business‑to‑business partnership opportunities, obtain referrals, host and participate in community and in‑store events to steer growth and build revenue.
- Examine, evaluate, and process loan/pawn applications and all relevant transactions, and assess risk within established limits.
- Enforce adherence to quality standards, procedures, and local and state laws and regulations; participate in audits and compliance reviews as directed by corporate office or district manager.
- Supervise and maintain office security, including cash management and loss prevention by verifying and documenting cash overages/shortages, vault, inventory, deposits, and expenses.
- Conduct proper opening and closing procedures and train new staff in keyholder duties.
- Participate in selection, review, hiring, and retention of new employees.
- Develop work schedules in accordance with budget, workloads, and store needs; ensure the store is staffed for optimal performance.
- Handle complex customer situations with integrity and professionalism.
- Monitor and maintain internal and external store appearance, address basic facility needs, schedule maintenance services, oversee store planogram, and display seasonal/promotional marketing material.
