• Develop, support, deliver, and maintain training for Salesforce (SFDC)
• Create and maintain SFDC dashboards and reports, providing training as needed
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align training programs with corporate goals
• Conduct data analysis to support market-driven campaigns and launches
• Serve as the primary point of contact for business systems, providing functional and second-level technical support

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in technical instruction
• Minimum 8 years of experience with
• Minimum 5 years of experience in either Sales Enablement or Sales Training
• High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office and remote training tools
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

• Salesforce certification (Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer) a plus
• Basic knowledge of SAP and experience building reports and dashboards
• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and eLearning/CBT applications
