Seeking a DPT or Physical Therapist to cover therapy services in Covington, GA to provide treatment in an ALF setting.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and treats patients in an ALF setting
• Communicates with families, physicians, and other health care professions
• Maintains daily, thorough documentation of services in the EMR
• Having your own equipment including smart devices and blood pressure monitor

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited college or university with a Doctoral/Masters/Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy
• Education and/or
  
  Experience:
  
  New graduate applicants welcome + Experienced Therapists
• Actively Licensed as a FL Physical Therapist

Job Type: PRN

PRN is short for the Latin term "pro re nata," meaning "as needed." A PRN therapist is part of an on-call pool who receives patient assignments to follow the POC when additional coverage is required. PRN work offers flexibility and opportunities for growth.
