Overview
Sign‑on Bonus up to $15,000 available. You will be required to work three 12‑hour shifts and every other Sat/Sun.
ResponsibilitiesOperates ultrasound equipment to perform clinical diagnostic ultrasound exams and routine invasive procedures according to established standards and practices. Provides patient services utilizing ultrasound equipment. Demonstrates knowledge of cross‑sectional anatomy and pathology. Provides patient care to all age groups to include neonatal, pediatrics, adult, and geriatrics. Communicates effectively with staff and radiologists.
Qualifications- Education
- Graduate of an AMA approved Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program Required
- Work Experience
- 1 year of related experience as a hospital inpatient or outpatient / ambulatory cardiac sonographer Required
- Licenses and Certifications
- BCLS - Basic Life Support Required
- RCS - Registered Cardiac Sonographer Required
- ARDCS - Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer Required
- CCI - Cardiovascular Credentialing International Required
