- Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills
- Previous readiness experience highly desired
- Seven or more years of experience in project management and/or process improvement
- Strong MS Office skills, particularly in advanced PowerPoint and Excel
- Experience with Agile methodologies and a strong understanding of business operations
- Ability to manage projects cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced environment
