Ace Pro Forestry Mulching and Land Management LLC is excited to announce an opportunity for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Business Development Manager. This is a full-time position based in our main office. Please note, this is not a remote job and will require onsite attendance. The role demands a proactive approach in identifying new business opportunities and a strategic mindset to foster long-term growth for Ace Pro Forestry Mulching and Land Management LLC.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Analyze current market trends and identify potential areas for expansion or enhancement of company services.
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive growth and profitability.
  • Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients while effectively managing client satisfaction and service delivery.
  • Lead, coordinate, and participate in key client meetings and industry networking events.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements, sustaining long-term customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure brand consistency and increase sales.
  • Prepare detailed reports on business development activities including the results and new forecasts.
  • Monitor competition, economic indicators, and industry trends to position the company effectively.
  • Provide training and mentoring to team members to enhance their skills in business development and client management.
  • Oversee the preparation of proposals and presentations to pitch product offerings and services.
  • Manage a customer database and contribute to the development of strategic marketing initiatives.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role in the forestry or tree service industry.
  • Extensive knowledge of the tree service industry is essential for effective performance.
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to coach and lead a team.
  • Outstanding abilities in sales and management, with a track record of achieving growth objectives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to maintain valuable business relationships.
  • Highly developed organizational and analytical abilities.
  • Capability to work in a rigorous environment, managing multiple projects with strict deadlines.
  • Computer literate, proficient in using modern technology and software to analyze data and market trends.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, making sound decisions geared towards business improvement.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field required.
