Position Details

Shift: 1st (9:00 AM – 5:30 PM), Monday – Friday

Your Role at BD

As a Distribution Clerk
, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless distribution operations. Your work will support the timely and accurate fulfillment of orders, contributing to BD’s commitment to excellence in Med Tech logistics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and track order completion, ensuring shipments meet required timelines.
  • Organize workflow and allocate resources efficiently to maintain productivity.
  • Monitor replenishment to ensure inventory is readily available for pickers.
  • Assign priorities for picking orders, ensuring accuracy and meeting performance goals.
  • Investigate and resolve order discrepancies in collaboration with the Team Lead.
  • Support international order processes and communicate shelf‑life concerns with customer service teams.
  • Maintain safety standards and adhere to Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
  • Operate forklifts when needed and assist in picking and packing orders.
  • Train new team members and provide support where required.
What You Bring to the Role

We’re looking for a detail‑oriented and collaborative professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications
  • Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team‑driven culture.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Experience in metrics‑driven operations and inventory management systems (JDE, High Jump preferred).
  • Familiarity with RF scanning devices and warehouse processes.
  • Forklift certification preferred but not required.
