We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a General Laborer. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks that contribute to the efficient operation of our organization. Responsibilities
Physical Labor: Perform a variety of physical tasks, including but not limited to lifting, carrying, and moving materials, equipment, and products.Construction Support: Assist in construction projects by providing support to skilled tradespeople, operating basic hand tools, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload materials from trucks, ensuring proper handling and storage to prevent damage.Site Cleanup: Keep work areas clean and free of debris, ensuring a safe and organized environment for all team members.Equipment Operation: Operate basic machinery and equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, following safety guidelines and procedures.Assistance to Skilled Workers: Assist skilled workers, such as carpenters or electricians, with tasks as needed.Assembly and Disassembly: Participate in the assembly and disassembly of structures, equipment, and temporary installations.Team
Collaboration:
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve project goals and deadlines.Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols, wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when required.Adaptability: Be flexible and willing to take on a variety of tasks as assigned by supervisors.Qualifications

Experience:
Previous experience in a general labor or construction-related role is a plus.Education and Certification
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Forklift certification and other relevant certifications are a plus.
