Compensation

• Hourly Wage: $17 - $30 / hour
• Actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
• Additional Compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

This role focuses on greeting, helping, and thanking our customers, and preventing loss at the store entrances. Responsibilities include verifying purchases, assisting with returned items, and keeping entrances safe and secure.
