Kelly Services is hiring Assemblers to support a manufacturing facility in Covina. This is a great opportunity for candidates with hands-on assembly experience who enjoy detailed, precision-based work in a structured production environment.

** What You'll Do*
* + Assemble electronic and electromechanical components, sub-assemblies, and finished products

+ Follow work instructions, blueprints, and drawings

+ Use hand tools and specialized equipment to complete assembly tasks

+ Perform detailed, repetitive work with a strong focus on quality and accuracy

** For Experienced Assemblers (II/III Levels)*
* + Work with small, delicate components, often using a microscope

+ Perform hand soldering, wire bonding, crimping, and fine alignment

+ Complete rework and repairs as needed

+ Use specialized tools such as soldering irons and other precision equipment

** What We're Looking For*
* + Assembly or manufacturing experience preferred

+ Ability to work with small parts and perform repetitive tasks

+ Strong attention to detail and quality

+ Soldering experience or certification is a plus

+

Experience with EB welding or brazing is a plus, but not required
