What You'll Do:

• Set up and operate HAAS CNC Mills and Lathes (4 & 5-axis machines, some with pallet changers)
• Machine aerospace fittings using steel (including heat-treated), stainless steel, titanium, and aluminum
• Work with Swiss machines (Tsugami) and Brother machines with Fanuc controls
• Interpret aerospace blueprints including AS, MS, NAS, and NSA standards
• Run production batches ranging from 20 to thousands of pieces across multiple operations
• Utilize precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, comparators) for quality control
• Participate in OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) initiatives to drive efficiency improvements
• Interface with basic ERP systems for production tracking

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience with HAAS CNC Mills and/or Lathes setup and operation
• Aerospace materials machining experience (steel, stainless, titanium, aluminum)
• Blueprint reading proficiency with aerospace standards (AS/MS/NAS/NSA)
• Multi-machine operation capability (minimum 2 machines simultaneously)
• Strong precision measurement skills and quality focus

Preferred Qualifications:

• Swiss lathe experience (Tsugami preferred)
• Fanuc controls experience (Brother Speedio knowledge valuable)
• ISO 9001 or AS9100 quality systems exposure
• ITAR familiarity for defense/aerospace applications
• OEE or lean manufacturing background
