This role involves managing high-stakes restoration projects-including fire, flood, and emergency response-for celebrity and ultra high net worth clients. The ideal candidate is a skilled estimator with Xactimate expertise, a proven closer, and thrives in fast-paced environments.

Must Haves

• 3+ year of experience in disaster restoration estimating and project management
• Proficiency with Xactimate software for estimating property damage and reconstruction work
• Strong background in water, fire, and environmental restoration
• Ability to independently manage projects and deliver exceptional service under pressure
• Proven track record of closing jobs and driving revenue
• Excellent communication skills-professional, clear, and empathetic
• Passion for helping people during emergencies with a high level of hospitality and care
• Task-oriented and organized to handle multiple clients simultaneously
• Sales-minded with a hunter mentality and a love for the chase
• Comfortable working full-time in an in-person role based in Covina, CA

Responsibilities

• Estimate and manage restoration projects from emergency response through full reconstruction
• Use Xactimate to develop detailed scopes and submit accurate estimates
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, insurance adjusters, and internal teams
• Drive projects to completion on time, within budget, and with premium quality
• Manage subcontractors, material procurement, and job site progress
• Provide white-glove service and maintain strict client confidentiality at all times
• Solve problems quickly and efficiently while keeping stakeholders informed
• Ensure documentation is thorough and job files are audit-ready
• Cultivate new business opportunities and upsell services when appropriate
• Stay engaged in team culture and contribute to a collaborative, high-performance environment
