HR Director – Hands‑on Leader with Growth‑Oriented Mindset for Manufacturing Leader
We are a manufacturing leader with multiple locations in the U.S. and are looking for an experienced HR Director to join our thriving organization. This full‑time, permanent position requires at least five years of senior HR experience and focuses on employee development, policy creation, benefits administration, and employee relations.
Salary$125,000 – $155,000 per year.

Responsibilities- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure the company attracts, hires, and retains top‑notch employees.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Create and revise job descriptions and manage the job posting process.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the company.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Oversee employee benefits programs and ensure they are in line with industry standards.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
- Proven experience as HR Director or other HR executive.
- People‑oriented and results‑driven, with ability to manage multiple complex projects and teams.
- Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.
- In‑depth knowledge of HR systems and databases.
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
- In‑depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Degree in Human Resources or related field.
