Senior Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) – Lead, Inspire, Make an Impact

- Provide supervision and mentorship to Behavior Interventionists and Assistant Clinical Supervisors
- Develop individualized treatment plans that empower clients and families
- Collaborate with a team of clinicians who are excited about growth
- Deliver meaningful parent training and support
- Remain hands-on with client care while shaping the next generation of ABA professionals
- Active BCBA certification
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
- Passion for mentoring, learning, and collaboration
- Strong communication skills and a heart for making a difference
- Open to both newly certified BCBAs and experienced supervisors
