• Competitive compensation: $90,000 – $93,000 per year

• Provide supervision and mentorship to Behavior Interventionists and Assistant Clinical Supervisors
• Develop individualized treatment plans that empower clients and families
• Collaborate with a team of clinicians who are excited about growth
• Deliver meaningful parent training and support
• Remain hands-on with client care while shaping the next generation of ABA professionals

• Active BCBA certification
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
• Passion for mentoring, learning, and collaboration
• Strong communication skills and a heart for making a difference
• Open to both newly certified BCBAs and experienced supervisors
