Physical Therapist (PT) for Home Health in Covina, CA. Omni Therapy is looking for a contract Physical Therapist (PT) to evaluate and treat patients in their homes in the Covina, CA area.

• Evaluate and treat patients in their homes in the Covina, CA area.

• Omni Therapy provides control over your work schedule and allows you to accept or decline patients without penalty.
• Administrative work is handled by Omni Therapy so you can focus on delivering therapy services.
• Assistance with obtaining more visits, completing or submitting notes, and scheduling with patients as needed.
• Support staff keeps you updated on patient changes and notifies you of items needed to continue a patient’s plan of care.
• Care coordinators and case managers assist with portions of notes when needed.
• Omni Therapy acts as a bridge between occupational therapy partners and home health agencies to address questions or corrections on visitation documentation.

• Invoicing, before payment, and pay deposits are handled by Omni Therapy; pay is issued twice monthly via direct deposit.
