WHAT ARE THE HOURS?
The Plumbing Customer Service Rep role operates on a Monday to Friday schedule, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?
As a Plumbing Customer Service Rep, your day will revolve around efficiently dispatching service calls and ensuring prompt customer support. You'll manage administrative tasks including filing, email correspondence, and utilizing software like Excel and Word. Each interaction will be an opportunity to demonstrate your problem-solving abilities and commitment to delivering top-tier customer service.
