An exciting opportunity has become available for a reliable and experienced Warehouse Operative to join a busy and professional warehouse and distribution team based in Coventry. This company is a well-established supplier of fresh food produce, including meat and fish, to customers across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, check, and store fresh food deliveries within the warehouse
Pick, pack, and prepare meat and fish products for distribution
Carry out stock checks and maintain accurate inventory records
Support urgent operational stock requirements as needed
Follow food hygiene, health & safety, and temperature control procedures at all times

Essential Requirements:

Minimum 2 years' Warehouse Operative experience
Comfortable working with fresh food produce, including meat and fish
Ability to lift and handle items in line with Health and Safety guidelines
Good communication skills and strong attention to detail

Additional Information:

This is a non-shift role with no regular weekend or evening work

This role offers progression, so a willingness to learn new skills is essential
Some areas of the warehouse may be temperature-controlled
