Stock Controller

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Stock Controller to join our Coventry team. Reporting to the Operations Administration Manager, the successful candidate will control all elements of the site’s stock.

• Control of all stock issues
• Ensure the correct completion of documentation and digital records

• Management of the quarantine area
• Identify and elevate FIFO rule violations
• Complete all mandatory training on time
• Daily management of all assigned control reports
• Maintain accurate inventories and warehouse management systems
• Report all accidents, incidents or near misses to relevant personnel
• Perform stock counts, adjustments, and stock reconciliation as appropriate
• Consolidate and reconcile perpetual inventory issues
• Provide support for stock takes
• Ensure all hard copy and digital documentation is complete and accurate in line with agreed processes
• Co‑operate on all matters concerning Health, Safety, Training, Legislation, Environment and the company's Core Values
• Process failed deliveries / load changes back into stock
• Resolve all stock anomalies in a timely and efficient manner

The successful candidate will have good communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and be able to work without supervision when required. Knowledge of the SAP ERP System would be advantageous.
