Cranstoun areproudto workwith the West Midlands Police Crimeand Commissioner to deliver the Cranstoun Arrest Referral Service withinthe custody suites of West Midlands Police,and West Midlands Courts,offering drug and alcohol using offenders the opportunity to break the cycle of substance related crime.

This isa great opportunity to have a positive impact onpeopleslives! You will work between police custody and criminal courts.
Youwill assess,adviseand refer offenders,providing them the opportunity to access treatment to address their substance use.
Working with courts, you will promote the use of Community Sentence Treatment Requirements (Drug Rehabilitations Requirements and Alcohol Treatment Requirements) amongst all court professionals and the judiciary, contributing to Pre Sentence Reports and advocate for our service users You willbe responsible for delivering all elements of substance use work includingassertive engagement, harm reductionsupport (includingnaloxoneprovision),as well as other associated duties. Youneed tohave an understanding ofthe issues faced bypeople who use drugs and alcohol, andwho commit crime,and be dedicated to delivering a service that supports these individuals tomake positive changes totheirbehaviour,healthand well-being.
