Role Overview

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Plumber to carry out general plumbing and maintenance repairs within a single commercial building. This is a static position with no travel required, focused on maintaining safe and efficient plumbing systems on-site.

Key Responsibilities

* Carry out general plumbing repairs and maintenance

* Diagnose and repair leaks, blockages, and faulty fixtures

* Maintain hot and cold water systems

* Repair and replace pipework, valves, taps, toilets, and sinks

* Respond to plumbing-related maintenance requests

* Carry out preventative maintenance to reduce breakdowns

* Ensure all work complies with health & safety regulations

* Liaise with on-site management and maintenance teams

Requirements

* Proven experience in general plumbing and maintenance

* Relevant plumbing qualifications or certifications

* Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills

* Ability to work independently and manage workload

* Strong awareness of health & safety standards

* Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
