Fully Qualified Electrician - Domestic Social Housing
Location:
Coventry & Surrounding Areas
Contract Length: 6 Months (with potential to go permanent)
Rate: £25.25 per hour
Pay:
Weekly (CIS)

The Role
We are looking for a fully qualified Electrician to work on domestic social housing properties around Coventry. The role is focused on domestic maintenance, working in occupied and void properties.
This contract is initially 6 months, with the option to go permanent if that's something you're interested in.
Requirements
You must have:
NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
18th Edition Wiring Regulations
2391 (Testing & Inspection)
Own van and tools
Proven experience in a domestic maintenance role
Ability to work independently and professionally in tenants' homes
