Plumber

A Further Education organisation in Coventry is seeking an experienced Estates Trade Specialist - Plumber to join its Estates team.

You will be responsible for carrying out plumbing maintenance, repairs, and installations across a large education estate, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with statutory requirements.

This role plays a key part in maintaining a safe and high-quality environment for students, staff, and visitors.

• Completed three-year apprenticeship in Plumbing or Mechanical Engineering
• NVQ Level 2 Plumbing, or BTEC / ONC Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent
• CITB or EITB registered
• GCSE Maths & English at Grade 4-9 (A-C)
  * or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of Health & Safety practices

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar plumbing or estates role
• Experience working within education, healthcare, or public-sector environments
  
  Knowledge of Health & Safety compliance and checks
