The Sales Team Leader will be responsible for guiding sales representatives, improving performance, maintaining ethical sales practices, and ensuring the team operates in line with company values and professional standards.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, coach, and support a team of Sales Executives to achieve individual and team targets
- Set clear sales goals and monitor team performance using CRM and reporting tools
- Provide regular feedback, mentoring, and development support to team members
- Support the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new sales staff
- Ensure all sales activity aligns with ethical sales practices and company values
- Assist the team in managing complex client conversations and closing opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing and training teams to support campaigns and client engagement
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Analyse sales performance data and implement strategies to improve results
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills
- Ability to motivate and develop a high‑performing team
- Experience managing sales pipelines and CRM systems
- Strong organisational and problem‑solving abilities
- Experience in training, professional development, or B2B services is beneficial but not required
