AboutThe Role
We're partnering with a leading exhibition stand design and creative build agency to find an ambitious New Business Development Executive
This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and commercially minded sales professional to join a fast-growing team at the forefront of the exhibitions, events, and brand experience sector.
You’ll be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building long‑term client relationships, and helping brands bring their ideas to life through innovative exhibition stands and experiential environments.
Key Responsibilities Business Growth- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across exhibitions, events, and related industries.
- Develop and execute strategies to expand market share and drive revenue growth.
- Generate and qualify leads through networking, research, and industry events.
- Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
- Act as the main point of contact, ensuring seamless communication and project delivery.
- Understand client goals and translate them into impactful creative solutions.
- Prepare and deliver tailored presentations and proposals.
- Work collaboratively with design, project, and production teams to create compelling concepts.
- Negotiate and close deals to meet and exceed targets.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and market shifts.
- Provide valuable feedback to internal teams to enhance services and maintain a competitive edge.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management—ideally within exhibitions, events, experiential marketing, or a creative agency.
- Strong network and knowledge of the events and exhibitions landscape.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Commercially astute with a track record of achieving results.
- Proactive, self‑motivated, and confident in developing new opportunities.
- £40,000 basic salary + uncapped commission.
