Salary - £40 - £45K neg + bonuses + company car, laptop, mobile phone

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced and commercially aware Branch Manager to join a well established Electrical Wholesale business located in Coventry.

We're seeking someone who is experienced in the industry, self-motivated, commercially aware with excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Being responsible for the profit of the Branch, monitoring budgets

• Driving growth through sales including customer visits

• Working with and motivating the internal team to ensure best results from the small team of staff.

• Developing new and existing business in the local area

Skills/

Experience:

• Current or recent Electrical Wholesale experience along with experience as a sales rep or in management

• Driving Licence.

• The ability to work effectively within in a very fast-paced, busy branch.

• Strong sales background, confident working in a sales-focused environment and able to build lasting relationships with customers.
