Overview of the Role We are looking for a consultative and commercially driven Digital Learning Consultant to grow new business and build strong relationships with organisations exploring digital learning solutions.

This role is focused on understanding client challenges, recommending the right Skillshub solutions, and converting interest into long term partnerships. You will work primarily with warm leads generated through website activity and inbound enquiries, while also proactively promoting Skillshub through outreach and Linked In engagement to generate additional opportunities. You will be targeted on new business performance on a quarterly basis and will manage the full sales journey from initial conversation through to close.

Key Responsibilities Manage inbound enquiries from organisations interested in Skillshub products and services Conduct discovery conversations to understand client goals, learning challenges, and workforce needs Position Skillshub solutions in a consultative and value led way, tailoring recommendations to each client Own the full sales cycle from qualification and demonstration through to proposal and close Achieve quarterly new business targets and contribute to overall revenue growth Proactively generate new opportunities through Linked In engagement, outreach activity, and relationship building Build strong relationships with HR, L&D, and talent development stakeholders Collaborate closely with marketing to support lead generation, campaigns, and messaging Accurately manage pipeline activity and updates within the CRM Represent Skillshub in virtual meetings, webinars, and occasional industry events

What We Are Looking For Proven experience in a consultative B2B sales role Confidence selling solutions rather than products, with a strong focus on understanding client needs
