Claire at Amber Mace is recruiting for a Registered Nurse Manager to oversee the daily operations of a reputable nursing home. This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic, compassionate, and experienced nurse manager who is passionate about delivering outstanding care and leading high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strong leadership and clinical oversight to nursing and care teams
• Ensure high standards of care, regulatory compliance, and safeguarding
• Manage staffing, budgets, training, and day-to-day operations
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and external professionals
• Drive continuous improvement in care delivery and resident outcomes

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse (NMC PIN) Essential
• Proven experience managing a nursing home Minimum 3 years preferred
• Sound knowledge of CQC regulations and best practice in elderly care
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Passionate about providing person-centred, high-quality care
