Full time (must be flexible, day and night 12 hour shifts) - Rate: £24.66 per hour

Responsibilities- Lead your unit’s care and nursing teams to ensure we meet the medical, physical and emotional needs of the people we support
- Provide strong leadership to maintain and continuously develop high standards of care and drive continuous improvement
- Oversee and manage all your unit’s clinical elements and risks
- Ensure care plans and risk assessments are completed and reviewed in a timely manner and reflect care interventions appropriately
- Act as the Named Nurse for residents allocated to you, responsibility for oversight, review and update of their care profiles
- Supervise and manage your unit’s ordering, handling, storage, administration, recording and disposal of medication
Above all, you’re someone who identifies with our values of fun, integrity, responsiveness, success and teamwork. You’ll be a natural role model with the ability to manage your unit’s team of Registered Nurses, Nurse Associates and Health Care Assistants. You possess a thorough understanding of best practice in nursing care and an excellent range of clinical and communication skills that you can demonstrate.
You are enthusiastic about encouraging and motivating people, work confidently on your own initiative and have a good standard of digital skills.
To apply for this role, you must have a first‑level nursing registration with a valid Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) PIN. We are looking for experienced Nurses from all backgrounds, Adult, Mental Health and Learning Disability Nurses / RGN, RMN, RNLD. As this is a management role, you should also have post‑registration and management or supervisory experience and/or training or qualifications.
