The RoleAs a Goods In/Out Operator
, you’ll achieve the daily production schedule for arriving and departing customer orders by owning and maintaining an organised and efficient Goods In/Out department. You will transport customer goods to and from vehicles, storage areas, and processing equipment, safely handle customer products, and ensure paperwork is completed in line with site and UK Quality Management Systems procedures. Taking ownership of workplace organisation, health, safety, and environmental standards, you’ll maintain high‑quality practices, prepare components for processing, and liaise professionally with customer representatives.
By keeping the Goods In/Out area organised and efficient, you’ll directly impact the smooth running of production and customer satisfaction across the plant.
- Good level of basic education
- Computer literate
- Self‑motivated, highly organised, with the ability to problem solve
- High level of attention to detail
- FLT licence required

This role is based in Coventry
, with on‑site working expectations. Some travel may be required.
