Salary: £18 to £21 per hour (DOE)

CNC Miller required to join a growing engineering team based in Coventry. The successful candidate will come from a CNC Milling background and be able to programme set and operate Fanuc or Hurco controls machines.

• Set up CNC milling machines, including selecting tools, setting work offsets, and loading programs.
• Operate 3‑axis and/or multi‑axis CNC mills to produce components to exact tolerances.
• Interpret and work from engineering drawings, CAD models, and technical documentation.
• Adjust machine settings to optimize performance, surface finish, and cycle times.

• Proven experience as a CNC Miller or Machinist in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Programming, setting and operating experience.
• Experience with Fanuc or Hurco controls.
• Hypermill, ONC CNC, Alphacam or Edgecam experience.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and geometric tolerancing (GDT).
• Competence using precision measuring equipment.
• Good problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.

• Permanent position.
• Salary: £18 to £21 per hour.
• Monday to Friday – 7 am to 4 pm (Friday finished at 12 pm).
