About the Role:

Were seeking an experienced Product Developer with a strong technical background. This is a hands-on role where your expertise in textiles, compliance, and innovation will directly impact product performance and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop & manage the full product lifecycle. Conduct research on fabrics, materials, treatments, and emerging market trends. Prepare technical specifications and certification documentation. Work with factories and testing partners to ensure compliance and quality. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to support product launches. Monitor industry standards and ensure products meet relevant EN/ISO certifications.

Skills & Experience:

Knowledge of relevant standards (EN ISO 20471, EN343, ISO 13688, RIS 3279). Strong technical skills in textiles, fabric testing, and garment development.

Experience with Adobe Illustrator or similar for technical flats. Familiarity with global supply chains and regulatory environments. Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects.
