Position: Sewing Machinist / Sewing Operative
Barker Ross are recruiting for a Sewing Machinist / Sewing Operative based in the CV6 Coventry area.

Our client is looking for an experienced Sewing Machinist to join their team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. They are looking for a hard-working, reliable individual who can offer flexibility and commitment.

This is a temp to perm position! (For the right candidate)

Job Duties:

· Operating industrial sewing machines in a fast-paced production setting

· Sewing a range of materials to required specifications

· Carrying out twin needle sewing, top sewing, flat sewing, and over locking

· Completing regular sewing machine checks and basic maintenance

· Overlock machines

· Ensure consistently high-quality workmanship

· Achieve production targets and deadlines

· Follow health & safety and quality procedures

· Maintaining a clean and organised workstation

The ideal candidate will:

· Have previous experience as a Sewing Machinist or similar role

· Have experience with:
Twin needle machines, top sewing, flat sewing and
