Machine Operator / General Operative - Immediate Start

Location: CV4 9AP

Hours: 07:30 - 17:45, Monday to Thursday
Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour

We are looking for an experienced Machine Operator / General Operative to join a busy and dynamic manufacturing team in Coventry. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in producing high-quality work, enjoys hands-on tasks, and wants a stable role with a consistent schedule.

• Safely operate and monitor machinery to ensure smooth production
• Perform general production and workshop duties as required
• Inspect products for quality, identify defects, and report any issues promptly
• Assist with machine setup, loading materials, and basic adjustments
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
• Follow all company policies and health & safety procedures

• Previous experience operating machinery is essential
• Strong awareness of health and safety practices in a production setting
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment
• Flexible and adaptable to the needs of a busy production line

• Four-day working week with consistent hours
