A leading employment agency in Coventry is looking for an experienced Machine Operator to join a fast-paced engineering/manufacturing team. The role involves setting up and operating machinery, ensuring quality control, and maintaining safety standards during night shifts. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in an engineering environment and be able to work both independently and within a team. Competitive pay at £14.30 per hour initially, increasing to £15.30 after probation.
